The origin of CODE lies within the AAG Benelux organisation. Before AAG Benelux became part of AAG Europe, it operated in the Benelux market under the name Partspoint Services. At that time, the founders of CODE were responsible for digitalization within Partspoint Benelux.
With a focus on master data management and e-commerce, they worked on digitalizing the sales process between garages and the Partspoint stores. The goals were reducing pressure on the stores during peak times, simplifying and speeding up the purchasing process, and lowering returns. Within a few years, the percentage of online orders increased from below 10% to over 70%, along with all the desired benefits. After the acquisition by AAG Europe these objectives were extended to all other countries within the group. CODE was founded to achieve this goal.
